 01. Individual Art Therapy

Personalised one-on-one sessions provide a safe and supportive space for self-expression and emotional growth. Each session is grounded in psychological and developmental principles, helping participants process emotions, build coping strategies, and develop self-awareness through the creative process. Special rates are available for current MAAT students completing their compulsory personal therapy hours.

04. Community Partnerships

We work with schools, non-profits, and wellness organisations to co-create programs that bring art therapy and creative well-being to wider audiences. These partnerships support mental health initiatives, encourage community engagement, and expand access to creative emotional support. Programs can be adapted to complement existing school curricula, well-being frameworks, or community outreach efforts.

02. Group Art Therapy

Small group sessions foster connection and shared understanding through collaborative art-making. Participants benefit from a supportive environment where they can express themselves, witness others’ journeys, and experience a sense of community while working toward personal and group goals. These sessions draw on group dynamics and therapeutic frameworks to promote emotional safety and mutual growth.

05. Creative Program Design

We provide consultation services to design tailored session plans and art-based programs for other art therapists, educators, or facilitators. Each plan integrates psychological and developmental principles, enabling professionals to deliver meaningful and well-structured sessions with confidence. This service is ideal for those seeking ready-to-implement programs without direct facilitation.

03. Art Therapy Workshops

Structured workshops are designed for schools, workplaces, and community settings to explore emotions, build resilience, and spark creativity. Each program is developed with a therapeutic lens, integrating psychological insights and reflective exercises to support mental well-being alongside creative exploration. These sessions provide an introductory experience of what art therapy can offer.

06. Creative Open Studio

Open Studio sessions offer a calm and supportive space for participants to engage in self-directed art-making. These sessions are guided but flexible, focusing on process rather than product and integrating therapeutic considerations to encourage mindfulness, relaxation, and personal growth. Participants may experiment with new techniques, share ideas, or simply enjoy quiet creative time in a safe, contained setting.
