The Angry Monster
What began as my seven-year-old son's tantrum became an unexpected lesson in co-regulation. Instead of trying to stop his anger, we shaped it into a clay monster together. This simple art-making experience became a gentle reminder that children often don't need their feelings fixed—they need a safe space for those feelings to be seen, expressed, and transformed.
